Return and Exchange Policy
For any reason your purchase does not give you complete satisfaction, the purchase can be returned under the following guidelines.
A receipt is needed for any return or exchange. Return without a receipt can be made only if verification of purchase can be made in our system.
HAIR Care

Returns within 30 days for full refund or store credit or up to 60 days for a store credit.

Product MUST be at least 3⁄4 full in original packaging to be accepted for a refund or exchange

No returns on Liter Size shampoo and conditioners.

No returns or exchanges beyond 60 days.

We Do Not Take returns on the following items

Brushes, Combs and Picks
ALL STYLING TOOLS AND BLOW DRYERS
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF APPLIANCES

All appliances, Including all Irons and Dryers

Within 30 days opened or unopened full refund or exchange with original package.

Within 60 days opened - must have original box and all parts for exchange or store credit

Manufacturer Warranty will kick in after 60 days and the warranty is determined by the manufacturer.

Manufacturer warranties require original box or packaging. We recommend you always keep your box & register your product with the manufacturer to ensure any warranty they have will be in place.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

No refunds or exchanges
Bare Minerals

Return or exchange within 10 days of purchase. No Returns on Special or Holiday Items.
BOUTIQUE ITEMS

No refunds or exchanges
Free Gift or Buy 1 Get 1 Half or similar purchases.

Client must bring Free gift back to get refund or exchange and it must not be used and in original condition.

If a client does not bring back the free or discounted item, the client will only receive 50% of the price of the purchased product. Free items alone cannot be returned or exchanged.
Credit Card Purchases – A Credit to customers credit card will be made where applicable.

If paid by check, a 14 day waiting period (Until check is cleared) before issuing any store credit or exchanging.

Cash back if originally paid by cash.
